Squaw (Prairie)

A whole wheat, white, and rye flour blend made with honey, water, yeast, salt, caramel color and a healthy dose of sesame seeds. One of our most popular breads right behind the Grandma’s White that’s often found on restaurant tables.

Sourdough Artichoke Pesto

Take our Sourdough Bread and mix in artichokes, walnuts, basil, walnuts, and Parmesan cheese. A gourmet meal in and of itself.


A natural Sourdough with tangy, sour flavor made from a blend of whole wheat and white flour, sourdough starter, honey, water, yeast and salt.

Raspberry Swirl

Take a heaping pile of raspberries and pile it into our Grandma’s White dough and chop away with a pastry cutter. The raspberries get mixed through out the dough and once baked, delicious Raspberry Swirl Bread.

Pesto Feta Focaccia

Our Focaccia Bread is made with white flour, olive oil, garlic, sugar, water, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, yeast, and salt. We then smear fresh housemade pesto on top and crumble feta cheese on top of that.

Oatmeal Applesauce

Made with white flour, oatmeal, molasses, applesauce, brown sugar, water, yeast and salt. Although an unconventional sounding bread, this bread has a strong cult following and flavor. Go ahead, give it a try.

Light Rye

A blend of white, whole wheat, and light rye flours made with honey, water, mashed potatoes, sourdough starter, yeast, salt, and caraway seeds to increase the rye flavor.

Jalapeno Jack Bread

The perfect balance of spice! The Jalapeno Jack is made from our Grandma’s White dough and mixed with Jalapenos and Monterey Jack Cheese to make the perfect cheese bread.

Harvest Grain

Whole wheat bronze and gold flours blended with cracked hard wheat, soft wheat, oats, barley, triticale, rye, millet, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, honey, water, yeast and salt. This is the heartiest and healthiest bread we offer which is rich in fiber and taste.

Grandma’s White

A chewy white bread made from unbleached white flour, honey, water, yeast and salt. The best “old standard” made Grandma’s way – fresh and all-natural. Your kids will love it too!

Garlic Cheddar Bread

Plenty of garlic and generous amounts of cheddar cheese get hand kneaded into our Grandma’s White bread. The Garlic Cheddar is the perfect accompaniment to every meal and makes great garlic bread when thrown on the BBQ.

Garden Herb

This bread is absolutely delicious for burgers or for sandwiches. Unbleached white flour, honey, water, honey, sunflower seeds, carrots, sun-dried tomatoes, onions, garlic, chives, basil, thyme, rosemary, yeast and salt. Need we say more?

French Bread

A traditional french style bread made from unbleached white flour, water, yeast, and salt. Simple in flavor but delicious in taste!

Darwin (Cracked Grain)

Made mostly of white flour, this blended bread is made from whole wheat and white flour and cracked hard wheat, soft wheat, oats, barley, triticale, rye, millet, honey, water, yeast and salt.

Cinnamon Swirl

Take our Grandma’s White dough, fill it with a brown sugar and cinnamon mixture and roll it into a loaf of bread. When sliced, there is a beautiful swirl of sweetness inside. Slice it, batter it and make delicious french toast with it!

Cinnamon Raisin Walnut

A 100% whole wheat flour blended with molasses, raisins, walnuts, water, yeast and salt. It’s perfect toasted and with peanut butter spread on top.


A delicious Italian style bread made from white flour, water, yeast, and salt. We start this bread 24 hours in advance and work air into the dough so it is light and airy and full of holes – traditional at best!


A blend of white and wheat flours with honey, eggs, butter, water, yeast and salt. This bread is meticulously braided into a traditional Challah shape and is an a melt in your mouth experience.

Basil Parmesan Bread

We use our Grandma’s White Bread and add basil, garlic and piles of Parmesan cheese. This bread is perfect as a stand-alone appetizer or with a great soup or pasta meal.

Apple Cinnamon Swirl

Messy to make but delicious to eat! With a dough made from white flour, honey, water, yeast, and salt, we chop more honey, cinnamon, dried and fresh apples into this bread. It’s like a slice of pie and makes amazing french toast!
