Apple Cinnamon Swirl

Messy to make but delicious to eat! With a dough made from white flour, honey, water, yeast, and salt, we chop more honey, cinnamon, dried and fresh apples into this bread. It’s like a slice of pie and makes amazing french toast!

Basil Parmesan Bread

We use our Grandma’s White Bread and add basil, garlic and piles of Parmesan cheese. This bread is perfect as a stand-alone appetizer or with a great soup or pasta meal.

Cinnamon Swirl

Take our Grandma’s White dough, fill it with a brown sugar and cinnamon mixture and roll it into a loaf of bread. When sliced, there is a beautiful swirl of sweetness inside. Slice it, batter it and make delicious french toast with it!

Darwin (Cracked Grain)

Made mostly of white flour, this blended bread is made from whole wheat and white flour and cracked hard wheat, soft wheat, oats, barley, triticale, rye, millet, honey, water, yeast and salt.

Pesto Feta Focaccia

Our Focaccia Bread is made with white flour, olive oil, garlic, sugar, water, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, yeast, and salt. We then smear fresh housemade pesto on top and crumble feta cheese on top of that.

Garlic Cheddar Bread

Plenty of garlic and generous amounts of cheddar cheese get hand kneaded into our Grandma’s White bread. The Garlic Cheddar is the perfect accompaniment to every meal and makes great garlic bread when thrown on the BBQ.
