Bakery Cafe you’ve noticed that, like snowflakes,
no two are exactly alike. Although we have design guidelines
and are proud of our recreation of Grandma’s kitchen,
we encourage our bakery owners to express themselves in their
stores, making each location inviting and perfectly suited
to its geographic region and clientele.
We recruit the friendliest, most generous people on the planet,
who are sticklers for baking absolutely the best products - be
it a deli sandwich, scone or a loaf of bread. Our company culture
is based on providing excellent product quality, customer service
and giving whole-heartedly to the community.
